Lucid Air

The Lucid Air is a luxury electric sedan designed by the California-based EV startup Lucid Motors. The Lucid Air combines high-performance capabilities, innovative packaging, and industry-leading efficiency across several trim levels, including Pure, Touring, Grand Touring, and Sapphire.

Range and Battery of the Lucid Air :

• Equipped with 114 kWh gross battery (110 kWh usable); Sapphire variant uses a 118 kWh pack, base trims may use 88 kWh.

• Capable of achieving a maximum range of up to 700 Km on a single charge under ideal conditions.
• Grand Touring version offers up to 772 km of range (EPA) on 19-inch wheels.

• Vehicle-to-vehicle charging supported at 9.6 kW using included adapter.

• Charging from 10% to 80% in about 25-30 minutes using a fast charger, and in about 5-6 hours using a 22 kW home charger.

Powertrain and Performance of the Lucid Air :

• Offers up to 920 kW (1,234 hp) in the performance models, facilitating rapid acceleration, and up to 1938 Nm (1430 ft-lbs) of torque.

• Available in multiple powertrains: dual-motor AWD on most trims and tri-motor AWD for the Sapphire variant.

• Grand Touring version delivers 1609 hp (1200 kWh) with confident chassis balance and minimal body roll for its size.
• Can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in as little as 1.89 seconds in the Saphire model and 4.5 seconds in the RWD base model.

• Despite weighing over 2,300 kg, handling remains stable; 15-inch front and 14.8-inch rear brakes offer strong, reliable stopping power.

• Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (limited screen integration noted).
